Snake Tray® Now Manufactures All Products Utilizing Solar Power! First In the Electrical Industry To Manufacture with 100% Renewable Energy!
Snake Tray is extremely proud to announce that we have officially gone off the power grid and now manufacture all of our products by utilizing solar energy with the hundreds of photovoltaic panels on top of the roof of our US factory. Snake Tray is the first carbon zero manufacturer in the electrical industry. Snake Tray expects to produce 100 percent of its load and 120 percent of its energy consumption annually. “We are committed to providing our customers with cost-effective green products for cable management and power distributions and as a company we want to practice green principles in the way we operate. This is a giant step towards achieving this goal”, says, Roger Jette, President of Snake Tray.
In conjunction with this green initiative, Snake Tray is introducing two lines of solar products including the new Solar Snake Tray, the all weather hand bendable cable conveyance system, as well as industrial and residential solar panel mounting racks.

At long last, DC circuitry from solar panels can be carried to their terminations via the all-new weatherproof hand bendable Solar Snake Tray! This patented and listed conveyance will carry outdoor rated USE-2 wire. This innovative design (lobster trap principle) allows cable to be effortlessly installed while protecting cables from wind, rain or snow! Solar Snake Tray has built-in mounting rings every four inches and connects together with a single stainless steel connector. Snake Tray manufactures a wide variety of brackets to interface with any brand of solar panels racks including Snake Tray’s new ballasted all weather racks call Solar Snake Racks. |

Snake Tray® is very proud to announce MC Snake Tray, our new cable tray specifically designed for MC cables is the 2010 Category Winner for Conduit, Raceways & Wireways from EC&M Magazine and is a finalist for Product of the Year!
MC Snake Tray is field bendable and designed to easily install overhead in concrete buildings with its built-in mounting hardware, which is secured directly into the concrete deck with traditional pole guns. Once installed, MC Snake allows for the instantaneous installation of subsequent MC cable runs without ever stepping on a ladder. Cables snap in with Snake Tray’s adjustable installation pole from the floor.
MC Snake Tray like all Snake Tray products is hand bendable to accommodate directional changes and obstacles. Trays connects together quickly with a single connector bolt.
